It is for this reason that all bailiffs are urged to learn more about this system so that they acquire necessary knowledge to use it in their daily job which consists of executions of court’s decisions and other documents holding the enforcement formula.
In fact, this has pushed the Professional Bailiffs Association (PBA) with the sponsorship of Chemonics Rwanda through its project Duteze Imbere Ubutabera sponsored by USAID, have prepared the training of all professional bailiffs about this IECMS. 40 bailiffs, the first team, have started their 4 days courses this 26th December 2018 hosted at Nobleza Hotel in Kicukiro.
