Me SEBERA NYUNGA Antoine was elected to rule the PBA for the next term, as he replaces his predecessor Me HABIMANA Védaste who ruled the PBA for 2 previous terms of 3 years each, since he was elected for the first time in 2013.

Me HABIMANA said that he is proud of many achievements among which the development in terms of knowledge and enhancement of laws valuing the career of courts bailiffs and the fact that the new coming Professional Diploma in Bailiffs Practice will be the speciality of Rwandan Bailiffs who will be the first in Africa to have such a program.

Despite all the achievements, Me Védaste turned around the inappropriate headquarters of the PBA, while he said that it no longer fit with the current level of the PBA but he continued saying that he is leaving the PBA with the ability to shift to its own building and not in a distant future.
