New professional Bailiffs are urged to avoid the over profit beyond the prices set by the law.

During the 2 days training of new Professional Bailiffs which took place at Centre Christus-Remera from 19th December 2019, Professional Bailiffs who are still in the internship period learnt different courses which aimed to efficiently integrate them into the career which consit of the execution of courts' decisions and other enforcement documents as well.

After getting the introduction about the history of the Professional Bailiffs Association (PBA) and its evolution due to the law review over the past years, Me MUNYANEZA Valerien, the Vice President of the PBA shared the knowledge of the law governing the Bailiffs functioning to these new members of the PBA and he highlighted the full path that a good professional bailiff must take to work with professionalism and integrity.

The Executive Secretary of the PBA also reminded these new Professional Bailiffs the key points of the ministerial instructions governing the codes of conduct of a Professional Bailiff and the sanctions given to them according to their mistakes along their duties.

One of new Professional Bailiffs who attended the training, has thanked the PBA for putting in place this session because he recognized the importance of the courses taken here in terms of lighting their entry into the Bailiffs practice. He called his colleages to keep reading and sharpening their knowledge needed to work professionaly.

The President of the PBA Me SEBERA NYUNGA Antoine has urged the new Professional Bailiffs to work with their concience in their duties so that their application of the law goes with dignity and integrity as required by the ministerial instructions of the codes of conducts.

Not picking the calls of their clients, not giving the PVs, and other misbehaviors which mistreat the clients and give a bad image to the association, all these were some of the remarks of the President of the PBA while he was urging the new bailiffs to avoid all of these misbehaviors.

73 new Professional Bailifss who were trained in this internship period have sworn in May 2019 while others were sworn in October 2019.
